About Laura

Laura is an experienced Customer Success Manager, and ensures clients get the best possible experience from our services. She started her career as a Graduate Recruiter at JP Morgan, finding top candidates for Spring, Internship and Graduate roles in the EMEA Equities division. After stints at Clifford Chance, AIG and Acuris, she spent 10 years at the Financial Times where she moved into Customer Success. Working with clients from across Financial Services and Law, as well as Corporates such as Google and GSK, she created engagement programmes which modernised company usage of the FT, transforming it from newspaper to business intelligence tool.

At Amplify, Laura helps clients tailor their Amplify experience to ensure participants are taking simulations that will result in a successful start to their careers. She also seeks to ensure that our programmes boost our clients' scores in the major University and Employer rankings lists. When not on a spin bike, Laura can be found learning about garden design and attempting to grow organic vegetables and herbs for her family and community to enjoy.
